Yali's Cafe, at 1920 Oxford Street, has doubled (or so) their seating space, and threw in free wi-fi in the bargain. Menu's the same (sandwiches, salads, etc.).

I wasted an hour there today trying various things to get and keep a decent connection, but was only successful after moving to the back corner of the cafe. There seems to be a lot of interference when sitting close to the street, probably because there are two or three AirBears (UC Berkeley) access points in close range. There were plenty of people with laptops sitting near the street, though, but they could have been using AirBears (or had more discriminating wireless cards).
